ACADEMIC MOBILITY IN THE FORM OF INTERNSHIP: FORMATION OF INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORY FOR STUDENTS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL WORKERS

Abstract

The implementation of the project “Creation and trial of an experimental base for the development of academic mobility for students, teachers involved in scientific work, and scholars in the form of an internship” at the Privolzhsky Research Medical University, Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, has shown a high demand for this form of academic mobility. Over nine months, 69 students and teachers underwent internships in third-party educational and scientific organizations (18 partnered organizations); 395 people from 21 universities took part in incoming mobility. The implementation of the organizational model of academic mobility for students, teachers involved in scientific work, and scholars in the form of an internship disclosed a number of problems: lack of internship programs; bureaucratic barriers between universities; lack of a platform for informing the academic community.
