IMPROVING THE RESEARCH COMPETENCE OF MEDICAL STUDENTS
AbstractIn connection with the introduction of federal state educational standards of a new generation in medical universities, the issue of forming universal competencies, among which research competence is considered, has become relevant.
The aim of the work was to create and test a pedagogical model for improving the research competence of medical students. A new propaedeutic course on the topic “Methodology of scientific research and the theory of innovative problems solving in medicine” as a discipline of choice for medical students will develop the necessary skills that contribute to the conduct and participation in the implementation of research work at various levels, attracting the younger generation to the scientific work, and also contributes to increasing the scientific activity efficiency in a medical university.
