Medical Students as Teaching Assistants in an Undergraduate Anatomy Course
AbstractThe recruitment of medical students to assist in teaching an undergraduate anatomy course at the University of Michigan Medical School is one of an array of innovative teaching measures introduced to the undergraduate anatomy course since 2002. Student surveys and final test scores suggest the introduction of teaching assistants has improved student performance in the course.
